    Early in December during the summer of 1935, a few twelve foot skiff owners and crews assembled in the old band rotunda, situated in Cabarita Park, on the banks of the Parramatta River. It was an informal gathering, called together for the express purpose of discussing the pros and cons of forming their own sailing club. In fact it was a short while later on January 6th 1936 that the "Concorde 12 Foot Flying Squadron" was formed which eventually became the "Abbotsford 12 Foot Flying Squadron." We are a Club that welcomes new members of all ages and encourages all levels of sailing.     almoral Sailing Club (BSC) is located at the south eastern end of Balmoral Beach. Sailing is on most Saturdays from the beginning of September until the end of May. Balmoral has a vast grassed area for rigging boats and launching and retrieving is safe and easy straight off the beach. A number of classes of boats sail from BSC, including the Tasar, MG14, Moth, National E, Sharpie, 505, mirrors and lasers. The club also offers an open division, that can race under yardstick.     Carcoar Dam Sailing Club Inc. (CDSC) is a small, friendly, family club offering racing and social cruising each Sunday during the warmer months. The club was formed in 1927 racing 16ft Skiffs, which it has continuously raced.     Welcome to Lake Jindabyne Sailing Club. Located in Jindabyne in the New South Wales Snowy Mountains, we sail on the fresh water of Lake Jindabyne. Our sailing program extends from November through to March and we sail on Wednesday (twilight sail followed by bar-b-q dinner) and on Saturday afternoons. Lake Keepit sailors really enjoy their weekend racing, despite the predominately light winds. The Lake Keepit Sailing Club was formed in 1960, not long after the dam was completed. Some like-minded individuals with a passion for sailing got together to see if an inland sailing club could be accomplished.
