We are a volunteer based boating club that celebrates the beauty of our rivers & waterways through responsible and safe sailing. With over 100 active sailing and power boat members, the club is open to all ages and widely regarded as being family oriented. The Pointe du Chêne Yacht Club is located on Shediac Bay, New Brunswick, Canada, on the western side of the Northumberland Strait. The club’s 125 berths are enclosed in a marina setting and offer convenient, affordable berthing to its members and visitors from May until October yearly. For visitors the club offers berths, electrical and water hook-up, showers, laundry and barbecue facilities at reasonable daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal rates. Rothesay Yacht Club, which was founded in 1908 to help fulfill the needs and desires of people to feel the wind in their hair and the sounds of the water rippling past their boats sits nestled in a small bay on the banks of this river in the Town of Rothesay, New Brunswick. The club offers a variety of facilities with space for storing and repairing boats and masts. There are berths and docks, moorings, parking facilities and a club house all in a well protected harbour within easy reach of shopping in the town of Rothesay. Introducing youngsters and adults to the excitement of sailing In beautiful and historic St Andrews-by-the-Sea, NB, Canada. St Andrews is Canada's oldest seaside resort and sits on Passamaquoddy Bay at the mouth of the Bay of Fundy and the Gulf of Maine. We accept students aged 10 years and up. Our students will come from St Andrews and other local communities. As well as proficiency in sailing, acquiring marine knowledge and leadership skills, all students in the program will be taught boat maintenance and repair.
