The Bay of Islands is known for its spectacular beauty and deep waters.   • Clarenville Yacht Club Clarenville Yacht Club
    The Clarenville Yacht Club (CYC) operates from the Clarenville Rotary Marina located at Dark Hole in the Town of Clarenviile on the Northwest Arm of Random Sound, Trinity Bay. The Clarenville Rotary Marina was constructed in 2003 with the assistance of a number of public and private partners. Two systems of floating docks, with secure gated entrances, accommodated approximately 40 boats. A large parking area and club storage shed were also constructed. In 2008, the Clarenville Rotary club transferred the ownership of the marina assets to the Clarenville Yacht Club. Clarenville, NL Canada

  • Lewisporte Yacht Club Lewisporte Yacht Club
    The Lewisporte Yacht Club is a modern facility located in the beautiful Bay of Exploits. It is a gateway to Notre Dame Bay, which offers some of the best cruising in Eastern North America. The facility is operated by the Lewisporte Marina Administrative Authority. It has one hundred and seventy berths, with a fixed wharf as well as floating docks. It can accommodate visiting vessels up to 100 feet in length with a maximum draft of 12 feet. Municipal water, 30 amp electrical power, and wireless internet are available. Gasoline and diesel fuel are available on-site. The Clubhouse offers an informal, relaxing environment overlooking the docks. It has shower and laundry facilities, and is fully accessible. The kitchen and BBQ’s are available to members and visiting crews. The Club hosts Wednesday Night Racing during the sailing season, as well as the annual Harbour Cup Race. Lewisporte, NL Canada
