- Alderney Sailing Club
Alderney Sailing Club
The Alderney Sailing Club was formed in 1964 by a small band of enthusiasts to promote sailing in all its forms on the island. The club’s membership now spreads across many countries. The club is a focal point for visiting yachtsmen, motor boaters and their crews and has an active junior section. We cater for different sailing interests, ranging from dinghy sailing to blue water cruising. With a fleet of Lasers, Mirrors and Laser Picos – mostly owned by the club – junior members are especially welcome and RYA instructors run courses during the summer.
