The Vikings Sailing Club is a young, dynamic club, founded in 1984 and based at Haywharf in Marsamxetto harbour, to the west of Malta's Grand Harbour, and the centre of the island's yachting activities. It is non-profit making and is run by club members on a voluntary basis. With members coming from different backgrounds and with ages ranging from 5 to 80 the common denominator is a love of all aspects of sailing, be it racing, cruising, or just plain old messing about in boats.
