Welcome to Watersports Association Arne. We have been the Water Sports Association Arne for 60 years! WV Arne was founded on October 28, 1961 by a small group of enthusiastic water sports enthusiasts. Despite the doubt at the time whether a third association on Walcheren had any chance of existence, it grew with around 1200 members into one of the largest in the Netherlands. In the ports of Middelburg and Oostwatering (Veere) 250 and 360 boxes are rented out respectively. For children from 8 years old who want to become a member themselves or whose parent is a member of WV Arne, the Youth Sailing Committee organizes sailing courses in the Optimist in the spring and autumn. If you want to be even more serious about sailing, competitive sailing is the next step. You will have to deal with disciplines, classes, certificates, licenses and much more. Middelburg, Netherlands
