Björlanda Kile Segelsällskap was founded in 1940, then called Arendals Segelsällskap (ASS), and today has about 400 members, of which about 150 are active juniors. BKSS is housed in Björlanda Kile marina on northwestern Hisingen, northwest of Gothenburg. Björlanda Kile marina is northern Europe's largest marina with about 2300 seats. From here we reach the large and beautiful eastern archipelago in Karlskrona with its unique beach. In the summer, there is full speed with boating in the harbor and bathers along the beach.
