By 1958, Great Bay Yacht Club was officially registered with the State of New Hampshire as a non-profit organization whose purpose was "to foster the spirit of sailing in the community around the Great Bay area." Today we offer racing, cruising and social activities. We gather for afternoon socials, jaunts to the Isles of Shoals, and the occasional group cruise to further parts. Dover Point, New Hampshire

Kittery Point Yacht Club is located in New Castle NH, on the southern shore of the Piscataqua River. Its clubhouse stands opposite Seavey Island, home of the historic Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Ships from all over the world pass before it, vying with local lobster and fishing boats during the week and hundreds of pleasure boats on holidays and weekends. A member of the US Sailing association, KPYC is well represented in local, regional and occasionally national events, with members racing and cruising a variety of boats. The KPYC sponsors the KPYC Sailing School, the Seacoast’s only public sailing school and youth racing program. Our members are drawn primarily from surrounding states of New Hampshire and Maine, with some living farther away during the winters. Most enjoy common interests in boating and organized social activities during the main season from May to October. Pot luck dinners and casual gatherings are often found throughout the year. The Lake Winnipesaukee Sailing Association, Inc. was founded in 1988 to promote sailing on Lake Winnipesaukee. The primary purpose of the association is to operate a youth sailing school in Gilford, NH. We also promote organized sailboat cruising and racing on the lake, including a one-design J/80 racing fleet. Spinnaker Cove Yacht Club is a privately owned condominium association located on the shores of Paugus Bay on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee, in Laconia NH. SCYC was first organized and constructed in 1978 as a limited purpose partnership by nine individuals from NH and MA. It has evolved over the years into a privately held 91 unit condominium association. The club is located on 2.33 acres of land in Laconia NH with water access to Lake Winnipeasaukee on Paugus Bay. The club consists of a 2000 sq. ft. club house which provides recreational, cooking, and bathing facilities for club members. There is also 1100 feet of shore line on Paugus Bay featuring a private beach for the sole use of SCYC members and guests. Laconia, New Hampshire

All students are welcome, regardless of experience. Some sailors devote most of their extracurricular time to the team.
