    PPYC is a private, family-oriented, member-operated yacht club located in the heart of Monmouth County, NJ. Our marina is nestled in the well protected, picturesque, Pleasure Bay branch of the Shrewsbury River in Long Branch, just a short run to Sandy Hook Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Patten Point Yacht Club has 63 slips on three floating docks which can accommodate boats from 23 to 50 feet in length. Each slip is equipped with power, water and cable TV outlets. PPYC also has 18 small boat slips which can accommodate boats 22 feet or less in length for members who wish to keep a second boat at the club. There are also spaces for jet skis.     Our Squadron was chartered in 1940 and is located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Squadron members are nearly equally divided between power and sail boaters. About half the membership currently owns a boat, which range in size from 11 to 65 feet. We typically enjoy boating in the Atlantic Ocean, in the Hudson River, near Sandy Hook Recreation Area, as well as in the Shrewsbury and Navesink Rivers.
