Based at the Pelican Point Yacht Club on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake in Southern Virginia, the Blackwater Yacht Racing Association (BYRA) is a non-profit organization made up of members who enjoy sailing and sailboat racing. The Old Point Comfort Yacht Club (OPCYC) is a private organization located at Fort Monroe, VA.
