Every year, almost 2 million tons of cargo move through the Coos Bay harbor and over 25 million pounds of seafood are landed at the Charleston Marina. With more than 400 marina slips total, there is plenty of room for everyone. Whether you are a commercial fishermen, recreational boater, or both, we can accommodate you. The marina also has a six-lane boat ramp and various fish cleaning stations. The Port offers services to commercial and recreational boaters at its two marinas and boatyard, to commercial and cargo vessels, fish processing, cruise ships, and research vessels at its deep-draft marine terminals, and operates the Astoria/Warrenton Regional Airport. The most easterly of the Port of Astoria's deep-draft marine terminals, Pier 1 supports multiple industries. The Port of Astoria offers boaters two mooring options - the WEST and EAST basins - located 14 and 15.6 miles, respectively, from the mouth of the Columbia River.
