Owner/Founder Randy Kraft is also a pre-approved ND DOT underwater contractor with the state of North Dakota. With Randy's background of working in the Caribbean all-inclusive resorts, we are also a full service travel agency, working with the largest vacation suppliers, specializing in the tropics.
